How long will it take to ship out my order?
Processing and shipment of your order takes between 1-5 days. This timeframe excludes weekends. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped.
How long will it take for my Magic Bra to arrive?
Our current delivery times* by country are:
United States: 11-19 Business Days
Canada: 15-25 Business Days
Germany: 19-39 Business Days
United Kingdom: 19-39 Business Days
Spain: 15-25 Business Days
Australia: 12-19 Business Days
France: 14-23 Business Days

What are my payment options?
We offer a variety of payment options. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. We also take PayPal. More options are coming soon.
Can I amend my order?
We will try our best to accommodate order amendments if we receive a request before the order has been shipped. Email us at support@newd.com
Why have I not received a confirmation email for my order?
There are several reasons why your order may have been delayed. Either your order was flagged for risk of fraud, or we needed to contact you to verify your personal information. In all cases, we will reach out to you as soon as an issue is indicated and proceed to ship your items as quickly as possible.
Where is my order?
It may take up to 10 days after your order has been shipped for a tracking number to be available. Email us at support@newd.com after at least 10 days after shipment if you would like your tracking number.
I am not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
All undergarments are final sale due to hygienic and safety reasons.
What if my product is damaged?
Once you receive your order, thoroughly check your delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is defective/not part of your order, you must contact us at support@newdwear.com within two days of arrival and let us know.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We ship either from the United States or Asia.
What size Magic Bra should I buy?
Select your usual cup size (A-D). No need to worry about the band size. 
How do I use my Magic Bra?
  1. Loosen the clip on ties partially.
  2. 2. Place bra on your breasts.
  3. 3. Pull end of string ties, while pulling up the clip. 
  4. 4. Enjoy your instant lift! 

    Is my Magic Bra reusable?

    Yes it is! The Magic Bra can be reused between 20-50 times if cared for properly.
    How do i properly care for my Magic Bra?
    After each use, show your push up some love.
    1. Hand wash in warm, soapy water
    2. Rinse and air dry
    3. Stick plastic back onto each cup
